Construction Manager
To define proper tools for planning, delivery and reporting of construction activities executed within Company EPCM projects and to ensure they are properly implemented by the Construction teams or they are updated and improved where necessary to increase efficiency, effectiveness and risk management.
• Defines formats and methodologies for planning, delivery and monitoring the construction activities that the Company must manage and overviews about their correct implementation by the CMs.
• Proposes, together with HPE and HPM, the project teams for the project for OM’s approval.
• Manages the workload (direct capacity of the company) of the Construction department, elaborating the forecasts of the workload, integrating the development plans of the orders in the operational planning and drafting, on company format, the forecast workload of the Office.
• Defines the competence profiles of the roles envisaged by his Office, verifies the status of the personnel and proposes training and development and recruiting plans, supported by the relevant corporate functions.
• Supports preparation of company documents for the planning and programming of risk and opportunity analysis and management, with a view to minimizing any negative impacts on production activities and assessing their effects, proceeding to their periodic review.
• Master Degree in Engineering or Science-based matters.
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry with at least 10 years experience in delivery projects on EPC basis.
• Experience in large international projects.
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing job demands and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain and advocate a safe working environment.
• Proficiency in English.
