• Ensures project planning and scheduling reports are accurate and delivered to the Project Manager in a timely fashion. • Being proficient in the elaboration of project baseline schedules, labour and commodity budgets, project code of accounts, critical path analysis, manpower planning and forecasting, progress validation, earned value assessment and performance measurement. • Collects information from engineering, procurement and construction for preparation of progress reports. • Produces regular reports including progress figures, S-curves and “look-a-heads". • Works closely with the operations group to monitor progress, identify schedule deviations to plan and recommend corrective measures. • Collaborates with project team to identify and sequence key activities, provide analysis and generate alternative scenarios. • Sets-up, implements and carries-out the maintenance of the project progress and performance system.
• Degree in Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of work experience as planner, ideally in a multinational environment and in the Oil & Gas industry. • Familiarity with EPC project execution and discipline activity sequencing. • Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6. • Proficiency in English.
